Instructions

Preheat oven to 350

Line cookie sheets with parchment paper
Step 3
Sift dry ingredients and set aside

Use electric mixer and mix butter, sugar, egg and vanilla.

Add dry mixture to wet and mix till combined. Mix in oats.
Step 6
With medium scoop form equal dough balls and place 2 inches apart. Chill for 10 minutes. Bake 7 to 9 minutes.

Cool completely
Step 8
Mix filling ingredients except marshmallow cream. After smooth, mix in fluff. Put a scoop on a cookie and press down another cookie on top.
