Sweet Potato Pudding

This is a Thanksgiving dessert recipe that I made with my mom as a kid. Can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Instructions

Step 1
Squeeze out the liquid in grated sweet potatoes using a cheese cloth or similar method. They should have a similar consistency to raw hash browns.

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT sweet potatoes together in a bowl into well combined.

Step 3
Add in the grated Sweet potatoes and incorporate into the mixture.

Step 4
Place mixture in casserole dish of choice.

Place dish in oven on 350°F for 1 hour.
