Kelly’s Apple Pie
Based off my mothers apple pie with some healthier twists!

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
In large bowl, combine apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, lemon juice and salt. Toss lightly to mix. Turn into pastry-lined pie pan.
Step 3
In small bowl, combine topping ingredients until crumbly. If desired add 1/4 cup chopped nuts or coconut. Sprinkle over fruit filling.
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is brown. Cover top with foil and bake an additional 25 minutes.
