Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F

Step 2
Blend partially partially cooked shrimp

Step 3
Mix seasonings and 1 tbsp oil
Step 4
Form into balls using wet hands
Step 5
Whisk 1 egg. Dip each ball into egg

Step 6
Blend rice crackers with seasoning and coconut shreds
Step 7
Place wet ball into breadcrumbs and then onto a baking dish lined with parchment paper


Step 8
Pour 1/4 tsp of olive oil onto each ball and bake for 18 minutes at 400F
