Instructions
Step 1
1. Chop vegetables, bacon, and turkey slices.
Step 2
2. Pre heat oven to 350* F.
Step 3
3. In a pan, add the bacon and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
4. Add in onion and bell pepper. Cook for 4 minutes.
Step 5
5. Add in zucchini and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 6
6. Add in the turkey and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 7
7. In a bowl, mix 3 c egg whites, 1/4 c almond milk, and seasonings of choice.
Step 8
8. In a 13X9 pan, add in the cooked bacon and vegetable mix, egg white mix, and 1 cup fat free cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Step 9
9. Put in the oven and cook for 27-32 minutes.
Step 10
10. Once cooled, divide into 4 even slices and serve with sides of choice.
