4 ozbittersweet chocolate
chopped

¾ cbutter
room temperature

2eggs
beaten

¾ csugar

¼ cflour

1 tspvanilla extract

¼ tspsea salt

Brownies
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare an 8x8 or 9x9 pan. 2. Melt butter and chocolate in microwave. Stir once melted. Remove and set aside to cool. 3. Using a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar. Once combined, add the vanilla and salt. 4. Then slowly add in the chocolate mixture. 5. Add the flour a little at a time until well blended. 6. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until set. 7. Allow brownies to cool completely before moving on to next step.
Cheesecake Filling
Step 2
1. In a large bowl that has been chilled, beat the heavy cream until you see soft peaks. 2. Add the sugar and blend well. 3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream.
4. Spread over the cooled brownies. 5. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the ganache.
Ganache
Step 3
1. Place chopped chocolate in a small bowl and set aside. 2. In small sauce pan, heat the butter and cream over medium heat, stirring constantly. 3. When mixture is almost boiling, pour over the chocolate. 4. Let stand for 30 seconds, then stir until smooth. 5. Pour ganache over cooled brownies and spread evenly. 6. Allow ganache to get firm before serving ( you can put it in the refrigerator).
