Instructions

Step 1
In a skillet, pour the olive oil and let it get hot.
Step 2
Add the small chopped onion and sauté until the get translucent.
Step 3
Add the small chopped green peppers and let cook for 1 - 2 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Add minced garlic and stir with onion & pepper until all is hot.
Step 5
** All ingredients can be cooked at the same time as well. Just make sure onions are translucent and peppers are soft.
