Instructions
Step 1
Make the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk honey, mustard, and lemon juice. In a steady stream, whisk in the olive oil and then 1tsp of lukewarm water.
Step 2
Cut ham into 1 inch cubes (about 24 pieces). Cut pineapple into 1 inch pieces and trim away the tough core. Sprinkle pineapple with salt.
Step 3
Thread ham and pineapple on skewers. season both sides of Brochettes with cayenne.
Step 4
Grill over direct medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning once.
Step 5
Spoon glaze over the Brochettes and garnish with green onions.
