Instructions
Step 1
Pour the wine in a saucepan
Step 2
Add brown sugar, all the spices and brandy
Step 3
Cut orange in circles and add them to the wine
Step 4
Cook wine on medium heat until it reaches temperature of about 80°C / 176 °F (before it reaches boiling point)
Step 5
Then let it simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes. The spices need to release their aromatics
Step 6
Serve it warm with a slice of orange and cinnamon stick
Step 7
You can store in the fridge or at room temperature. When serving from cold, warm it in the microwave until it's warm enough and not boiling
