I make the bread in the thermomix.
add 3 tsp bread improver

Instructions
Step 1
-Put water & yeast in TM 2mins, 37C, soft speed.
Step 2
-Add icing sugar, oil, bread mix, 10 secs, speed 7.
Step 3
-Scrape down bowl-Knead for 3 - 4 mins on wheat setting. -Leave in bowl till dough rises out the hole in lid of TM.
Step 4
-I measure out 1kg of dough for a loaf. - Rise again till double
Step 5
- Cook 180C approximately 35 - 40mins, cover with foil halfway through cooking.
