Mango Sago is the perfect summer dessert! It’s refreshing, cold and not too sweet. Too easy to make with only 5 ingredients. If you’re feeling extra, chill your serving bowls/cups for an extra chill dessert.

Instructions

Step 1
Peel and chop your mango up into cubes.
Step 2
Boil your sago for 10-12 minutes then allow to sit for 5 minutes with a lid on. Rinse under cold water until cool and soak in cold water until ready to use.
Step 3
In a blender combine coconut milk, condensed milk, salt and half the mango. Blend til smooth.
Step 4
In a big bowl combine the blended mango and cram mixture with the cooked, strained sago. Chill for a few hours before serving. Top with extra coconut cream and chopped mango and enjoy!
