Step 1
Preheat oven on 180 C.

In a bowl mix it, butter, sugar until smooth and lightly soft.

Add egg, mix it until all ingredients incorporated together.

Add flour and mix it until all ingredients are combined.

From the dough, take pieces of the desired size, stretch them to a thickness of 3-5 mm. and line the molds by pressing the dough against the mold walls.
Step 6
All prepared molds of tart place them on a baking tray in preheated oven. Bake the tart cookies for about 10 minutes until lightly golden colour.

Let them cool down on room temperature.
Step 8
About the filling.
In a bowl melt double cream with chocolate using microwave.
Let it cool down for minimum 4 hours.
By using a mixer, mix it until you get frosting.

Using a piping bag, pip each tart with chocolate frosting. Decorate with sugar coated jelly candy
