Chocolate Semolina Pudding (smeed bi chocolata)

This is my original recipe! This recipe can be also made vegan! It’s layered semolina and tea biscuits and topped with pistachios, walnut, and coconut. The sides are topped with crushed tea biscuits! Drizzled in simple syrup! This is so delicious you will finish the whole plate!

Ingredients
6 servings
8 cupswhole milk
or unsweetened almond milk
2 cupssemolina
½ cupsugar
to taste
2sticks cinnamon
1 barchocolate
90 %
1 packettea biscuits
Topping
Simple syrup
Instructions
Step 1
Bring milk to low boil and when milk is hot add sugar and semolina
Step 2
Whisk consistently until thickened (do not leave the pot or it will start splashing)
Step 3
Add more milk if it became to thick (we want a thick but creamy consistency)
Step 4
Add chocolate and mix (taste to see if you need more sugar and do not cool but be poured right away)
Simple syrup
Step 5
Bring sugar and water to boil and whisk, once it bubbles add lemon then Orange blossom water. Take off heat and let cool.
Layering
Step 6
Place layers of tea biscuits in a loaf pan pour half of the chocolate mixture on top and add another layer of biscuits and put another layer of chocolate mixture on top.
Step 7
Smooth the top layer with spatula and add toppings
Step 8
Freeze overnight for ice cream or serve as a pudding right away!
Step 9
Drizzle with simple syrup
