Ingredients
12 servings
½ cupbutter
¾ cuppeanut butter
½ cupwhite sugar
½ cupbrown sugar
1egg
1 teaspoonvanilla
½ teaspoonsalt
½ teaspoonbaking soda
1 ¼ cupflour
can use any combination of chocolate chips, reeses pieces, peanut butter chips, etc
Instructions
Step 1
preheat oven to 350F
Step 2
cream together butter and peanut butter
Step 3
beat in white sugar and brown sugar
Step 4
stir in egg, vanilla, salt, baking soda, flour, and chips / pieces
Step 5
shape dough into 1 inch spheres, place in pan 1 inch apart. flatten criss-cross with fork so cookies are evenly thick
Step 6
bake at 350F for 12 min
