Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the springform pan by distributing the butter and preheat the oven.



Step 2
Make the batter from the ingredients - the batter is quite firm- and press half of it onto the bottom of the springform pan with your closed fist, then put the flaked almonds on top.








Step 3
Wash the apples, peel, cut in eights, sprinkle lemon juice on top and spread apples on the batter in the spring form.


Step 4
Crumble the dough onto the apples.
Step 5
Bake the cake in the oven with umluft/hot air; make sure to do the cooking test.
