Fennel, Citrus & White Bean Salad
When the weather gets warm, you can find me eating big salads on the reg. This one I’ve made like 3 times: Read Leaf Lettuce with Fennel, Grapefruit, Avocado, Red Onion, White Beans, and Goat Cheese in a Herby Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette.
