Instructions

Step 1
8 to 10 medium potatoes cooked with skins on in microwave/oven/boiled. Completely cool potatoes then cut them up into a 9x13 glass dish.
Step 2
Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over the potatoes. Sprinkle with a little salt.
Step 3
Mix together 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 16 oz. sour cream, 1/3 cup green onions (chopped), and 2 cups grated cheese. Pour over the potatoes.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Step 5
Can be made the night before and sit in the fridge overnight.
