Step 1
Peel both sweet potatoes and cut them into quarters

Boil the sweet potatoes for 20 minutes or until they are tender enough to smash with a fork then drain the boiling water from the sweet potatoes. Then smash the potatoes thoroughly.

In the pan while it's hot add the stick of butter, 1 1/2 cup of sugar and the 1/2 cup of brown sugar until all ingredients are incorporated.

In a small bowl crack your 2 large eggs and add the can of Carnation milk to the eggs and stir until well combined.

Add the egg and Carnation milk mixture into the pot with the sweet potato mixture and mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.

Add 1 tbsp of vanilla, 1 tbsp of all spices, 1 tbsp of cinnamon and 1 tbsp of nutmeg in the pot of sweet potatoes mixture and mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Preheat the oven for 350°. Take a fork and polk holes in the pie crust. Take the potatoes mixture and pour it into the pie crust.
