Instructions
Step 1
Peel both sweet potatoes and cut them into quarters


Step 2
Boil the sweet potatoes for 20 minutes or until they are tender enough to smash with a fork then drain the boiling water from the sweet potatoes. Then smash the potatoes thoroughly.



Step 3
In the pan while it's hot add the stick of butter, 1 1/2 cup of sugar and the 1/2 cup of brown sugar until all ingredients are incorporated.

Step 4
In a small bowl crack your 2 large eggs and add the can of Carnation milk to the eggs and stir until well combined.


Step 5
Add the egg and Carnation milk mixture into the pot with the sweet potato mixture and mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.


Step 6
Add 1 tbsp of vanilla, 1 tbsp of all spices, 1 tbsp of cinnamon and 1 tbsp of nutmeg in the pot of sweet potatoes mixture and mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Step 7
Preheat the oven for 350°.
Take a fork and polk holes in the pie crust. Take the potatoes mixture and pour it into the pie crust.


Step 8
Baking the sweet potatoes for 45 minutes to an hour or until the pie crust is golden brown.
