Ingredients

For the pie
100 grorange juice
200 gryogurt
200 grolive oil
250 grsugar
4eggs
orange zest
20 grbaking powder
salt
vanilla extract
450 grphyllo
For the syrup
Instructions
Step 1
Start with the syrup. Boil the water with the sugar and add the peels and the cinnamon. Remove once the sugar has melted and let cool.
Step 2
Whisk the yogurt with the orange juice.
Step 3
Add the olive oil and the sugar.
Step 4
Then, add the eggs, the zest, the baking powder and the salt.
Step 5
Finally, add the vanilla extract and whisk well.
Step 6
Slice the fyllo in small pieces and add in the mixture slowly. Wait for the fyllo to become fully wet before add the rest.
Step 7
Pour the mixture in a glass baking tray, after you’ve laid some butter or oil in it.
Step 8
Bake at 170 degrees at air mode for 40 minutes.
Step 9
When ready, start adding the syrup slowly until the pie absorbs it.
Step 10
Garnish with orange peels, cinnamon stick or chocolate.
