Wonton Wrapper Egg Bites

We don’t always have time for a big breakfast, but we KNOW how important it is to ensure we have stable blood sugar levels throughout the day. These egg bites will help you do just that from their balanced protein, fat & carbs. These will store in the fridge for a week and are fabulous heated up in the air fryer on ‘reheat’!

Instructions

Step 1
Start by cooking your ground sausage. While sausage is cooking dice broccoli and bell pepper. Set aside.
Step 2
Break the eggs into a bowl and sprinkle with salt & pepper and whisk.
Step 3
Lightly coat muffin tin with oil and then place two wonton wrappers into each tin and add your diced bell pepper and broccoli on top.
Step 4
Carefully pour over egg mixture to just below the edge of the wonton wrapper.
Step 5
Sprinkle dairy free cheese on top
Step 6
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until egg is cooked through.
