This is a very quick and easy dessert which you can serve multiple ways, listed below. Also, you can opt for fresh fruits such as berries, mangoes and kiwis too.

Instructions
Step 1
Version 1: open the flan cake and lay it flat on a round dish, top with fruit cocktail including the juices evenly and pour all the double cream on top. Drizzle with rooh afza, refrigerate for an hour and serve cold
Step 2
Version 2: if you’re using a smaller dish, cut it up in half, layer half of the flan, half of cocktail, half of double cream and rooh afza and repeat. Refrigerate for an hour and serve cold
Step 3
Version 3: break up the flan and add it to the base of mini dessert cups, top evenly with fruit cocktail mix, double cream and drizzle with roof ahza. Refrigerate for an hour and serve cold
Step 4
Once it comes out of the refrigerator it should be taste a bit like milkcake as all the liquids will be fully absorbed in the sponge
