Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine condensed milk, water, and pudding mix. Chill 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 2
In a stand mixer, or using a handheld mixer, whip cream until thick.
Step 3
Fold together the pudding mixture and whipped cream.
Step 4
In a 9x13 dish add a layer of wafers, then pudding mix, sliced bananas and then more pudding. You can add more wafers or banana anywhere in that.
Step 5
Top with cool whip and more wafers. Chill for 2+ hours before eating. Overnight is even better!
