Step 1
Melt the butter
Step 2
Add cocoa to the melted butter and mix til smooth
Step 3
Add both sugars and mix well - the mix will be grainy
Step 4
Crack both eggs into a jug, add the vanilla and beat briefly
Step 5
Add this to the main mix
Step 6
Add the flour and salt
Step 7
Add the chocolate chunks
Step 8
Bake at 170 for 30-35 mins
Step 9
Cool completely before cutting - ideally refrigerate before cutting
