Instructions

Step 1
Add the gin, simple syrup, heavy cream, lemon and lime juices, orange flower water and egg white into a shaker WITHOUT ICE
Step 2
Dry-shake until you can't anymore
Step 3
Add ice
Step 4
Shake, shake, shake
Step 5
Strain into a Highball glass.
Step 6
Pour club soda inside edge of shaker to loosen remaining froth. Add that gently into the drink and serve.
