Step 1
Season the chicken wings with salt pepper and garlic powder
Step 2
pour the buffalo sauce and broth into the instant pot
Step 3
Stir in the chicken wings and lock the lid.
Step 4
Select the manual mode and set the cooking time for 12 minutes at high pressure.
Step 5
Once cooking is complete do a quick pressure release and carefully open the lid
Step 6
Gently stir to coat wings with the sauce.
Step 7
If you prefer crispier wings you can broil them for 3 to 5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Step 8
Remove the chicken wings from the pot to a plate
Step 9
brush them with leftover sauce and serve hot with blue cheese bacon and green onions
