Keto Coconut balls
I love coconut so I created this recipe today and will see how it goes. my inspiration is a coconut rose candy that I grow up in Israel.

Instructions
Step 1
In a heavy bottom pan, add the coconut butter and unsweetened desiccated coconut. Mix well for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
add the evaporated milk and sweetener stirring and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes or until the mixture starts coming together.
Step 3
turn off the flame add the cardamom and rose water and mix.
Step 4
Transfer the ladoo mixture in a bowl or a plate and let it cool.
Step 5
take some mixture in 2Tbsp and make round balls. You will get around 15 medium.
Step 6
roll the balls in the desiccated coconut for garnish.
Step 7
enjoy!
