This is my favorite way to make brownies without any dairy, eggs, gluten, or grains! These are also VERY low in sugar and are vegan, paleo, and keto friendly!
Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup
cacao powder
1/2 cup of my x
Digestive Support Cacao Protein Powder (collagen or whey will not work, no substitutions - this is your “flour” replacement)
*Optional Mix-Ins:
1/2 cup Coconut sugar if you want it sweet
Pumpkin pie spice
Cinnamon
Nuts
Chocolate chips
Mix ingredients and bake in a small dish for 30 minutes at 350 F.
