Pumpkin pie spice

Follow for more easy recipes for IBS sufferers. This is my favorite way to make brownies without any dairy, eggs, gluten, or grains! These are also VERY low in sugar and are vegan, paleo, and keto friendly! Ingredients: 1 cup pumpkin puree 1/2 cup cacao powder 1/2 cup of my x Digestive Support Cacao Protein Powder (collagen or whey will not work, no substitutions - this is your “flour” replacement) *Optional Mix-Ins: 1/2 cup Coconut sugar if you want it sweet Pumpkin pie spice Cinnamon Nuts Chocolate chips Mix ingredients and bake in a small dish for 30 minutes at 350 F.
