Ingredients: 2 lbs ground moose meat (or beef/venison); 1/4 c Worcestershire Sauce; 1 1/4 c fresh bread crumbs; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon black pepper (ground); 1 Tb parsley; 3 Tb butter; 1 c onion (finely diced); 1/3 c bourbon whiskey; 2 c Favorite bottled BBQ sauce (such as Sweet Baby Ray's Brown Sugar & Hickory)

Drunk Moose Meatballs are scrumptious little meatballs bathed in a whiskey-laced barbecue sauce. It is my all time most popular appetizer. (Make these with moose, venison, or beef) This recipe makes about 40 meatballs.
