Ingredients

16 ozHoney mustard
6 teaspoonsrice vinegar
or apple cider vinegar
½ cupsoy sauce
reduced sodium, or tamari sauce
4 tablespoonshoisin sauce
4 clovesroasted garlic
1 cupchicken broth
reduced sodium, or vegetable broth
¾ cupturbinado sugar
¾ cupbrown sugar
2 teaspoonfresh ginger
minced
1 teaspoongarlic powder
½ teaspoonred pepper flakes
2 tablespooncornstarch
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT THE HONEY MUSTARD, in a pot on medium heat for 3-5 minutes until it simmers.
Step 2
Continue to cook for 5 more minutes. Take off heat then let cool for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Mix in honey mustard.
Step 4
ENJOY as a dipping sauce or your new favorite salad dressing.
