Ingredients

Brownie Batter
1 cupUnsalted Butter
melted Egg temperature
1 cupSugar
1 cupBrown Sugar
1 TbspVanilla Extract
1 tbCoffee
1 cupAll-Purpose Flour
¾ cupCocoa Powder
1 tspSalt
Semi-Sweet Chocolate
Chocolate Ganache
Instructions
To prepare brownie batter
Step 1
1. Whisk together melted butter, eggs, vanilla, coffee, and both sugars until it turns a lighter brown color.

2. Add in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until almost combined.
Step 3
3. Finally, add in your chocolate chips and mix until just combined.
Step 4
Bake at 325F for 25-30 mins.
Step 5
Once baked, let them cool in the fridge for 1-2 hours before removing them from the mold.
To prepare chocolate ganache
Step 6
1. Melt the chocolate and heavy cream in the microwave on 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until it is shiny and smooth.
Step 7
2. Let it sit and cool for 3-5 mins before pouring it on top of your brownies.

3. Add final toppings and ENJOY!
