Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 (180 fan, gas mark 6)
Step 2
2.Chop the salmon into chunks and spread across the bottom of a casserole dish.
Step 3
3. Chop the stalk off the broccoli and cut the head into small florets. Spread them, along with the frozen peas, on top of the salmon.
Step 4
4. Slice the potatoes (skin on) 1 cm thick and pop into a saucepan of water. Bring to the boil and leave for 2 mins before draining. You want them to be softened but not falling apart.
Step 5
5. Melt the butter in a small saucepan on medium heat. Mix in the flour until it makes a paste and allow to cook through for a minute or two, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
6. Slowly add the milk, stirring as you go and allowing to thicken. You want it to have some thickness to it, but it must be runny.
Step 7
7. Stir in the grated cheese until it has melted.
Step 8
8. Pour the sauce over the other ingredients. It should just cover them.
Step 9
9. Layer the potato slices over the sauce, each one slightly overlapping.
Step 10
10. Spray the potatoes with spray oil.
Step 11
11. Pop into the oven for around 25 minutes or until the potatoes are browning on top.
