Grease or spray a large muffin pan. Stretch out a biscuit dough so that when you place it in the muffin cup it comes up the sides and a bit over the top. Press into place. Repeat with remaining biscuit dough. Bake at 350° for 13 minutes or until golden brown. Take out of oven. While still warm take a shot glass or small glass and gently press down into the middle of each muffin to form a bowl. Place the muffins onto a plate and fill with your favorite soup and toppings. I used tomato soup topped with croutons, chicken noodle topped with grated parmesan and butternut squash topped with crispy bacon bits.
