A sweet drink to set you up in the morning while enjoying the benefits of energy, high antioxidants, and reducing inflammation. (Try to avoid using cows milk as the calcium can counteract the absorption of matcha nutrients)

Step 1
Add ice, milk, and vanilla syrup to a cup

In a small dish, microwave 3-4 tbs of water (about 30 seconds to boil)

Using a bamboo or electric whisk, mix 1/2- 1 tsp of leveled matcha powder into the hot water
Step 4
Pour the matcha liquid into the cup of milk
Step 5
Stir and enjoy!
