can
1 x 15.25 ozcan corn
drained, or 1 cup of frozen corn
1 cupvegan sour cream
0.25 Cupvegan Butter
melted
1 boxCornbread Mix

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
Step 2
Dump all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir well.
Step 3
Pour into a greased 8"x 8" casserole dish and flatten the batter out evenly.
Step 4
Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 1 hour until slightly golden on the edges.
Step 5
Serve warm.
