1 ½ cupsall purpose flour
1 cupdemerara sugar
¼ teaspoonsalt
2 cupwhole wheat flour
1 tspbaking soda
1 cupvegan butter

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 176 degrees C. Combine flours, brown sugar, baking soda and salt in a bowl and add butter. Mix until it resembles coarse crumbs. Pat into a line baking tray. Bake until golden brown, 10-12 minutes

Step 2
Mix the nuts, white chocolate and glace cherries in the original bowl. Sprinkle over the warm crust
Step 3
Combine condensed milk and flour in the original bowl. Spoon over the butty topping
Step 4
Bake until golden brown, 12-16 minutes. Cool in the tray and cut into pieces
