Jello Salad

This is a family tradition! It has to be at ever large gathering. It is my absolute favorite. You can switch the jello flavor and fruit, we’ve always done strawberries.

Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 350° F. In medium bowl, mix Crust ingredients. Press into 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Step 2
In medium bowl, beat Filling ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spread over cooled crust, making sure the filling completely covers the crust. Refrigerate. (I find it easier to do this the night before)
Step 3
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, set aside to cool. Stir in strawberries; refrigerate until partially set.
Step 4
Carefully spoon gelatin topping over filling. Refrigerate a minimum of 4 to 6 hours or until firm.
