Ingredients

10Golden Oreos
Ground to a flour consistency, regular Oreos not double stuffed
1 cupflour
1 Tbspcorn starch
¾ tspbaking soda
¼ tspsalt
1 stickbutter
softened
¼ cupsugar
3 Tbspbrown sugar
1egg
large
1 tspvanilla
8golden Oreos
roughly chopped
½ cupwhite chocolate chips
5 Tbspbutter
softened
5 ozcream cheese
softened
1 ½ cuppowdered sugar
0.5 Tbspcream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 1
Line baking sheet with parchement paper; set aside.
Step 2
In food processor, grind the 10 Oreos until finely crushed, they will have a flour consistency. In med. bowl, mix crushed oreos, flour, corn starch, baking soda, & salt; set aside.
Step 3
In mixer bowl, cream softened butter & sugars until light & creamy.
Step 4
Add in egg & vanilla; mix again to combine. Scrape sides of bowl; mix one more time.
Step 5
Add in dry mixture; gently fold just until the dry mixture disappears. Fold in the roughly chopped Oreos & the white chocolate chips.
Step 6
Using lg. cookie scoop, portion out 10 equally-sized cookie dough balls, gently flatten them to about ¾”-1”-thickn.
Step 7
Bake (9-10 min.). Cool on baking sheet (10 min.); transfer to cooling rack.
Cream Cheese Frosting
Step 8
Cream butter & cream cheese together until smooth. Add powdered sugar, ½T cream, & vanilla; whip together until light & fluffy. (This will take (5-8 min.) of whipping on med.)
Step 9
If frosting is too thin, pop it in the fridge (10-15 min.); whip again. Add other ½T cream if frosting seems too thick.
Step 10
Pipe frosting onto cookies; top with extra crushed Oreos, & a mini Oreo in middle. Enjoy!

Step 11
You can also store these cookies in an air-tight container in the fridge (up to 7 days.) Make sure to let them get to room temp. before enjoying them. Microwave them for a few seconds if they are not frosted yet will get the job done as well.
