Rock cakes with chocolate chips

Step 1

Pre heat oven to 200C

Step 2

Place paper cases in bun tin

Step 3

Sieve flour in large bowl and cut butter in small bits

Step 4

Rub in until mixture looks like breadcrumbs

Step 5

Stir in sugar and chocolate chips

Step 6

Beat egg and stir into mixture to make a stiff consistency (add a little water if mixture too dry

Step 7

Divide mixture evenly into paper cases and bake for 12 minutes

Step 8

Remove from oven when golden brown and enjoy
