Instructions
Step 1
Crumb biscuits in a food processor.
Step 2
Mix yoghurt with crumbed biscuits until combined.
Step 3
Press biscuit mix into base and halfway up side of a single serve bowl or ramekin.
Step 4
Mix cream cheese until smoothed, then pour onto biscuit layer.
Step 5
Slice strawberries and place on top of cream cheese layer.
Step 6
Freeze for at least an hour, then serve.
