Step 1
Line 20 x 20 cm baking tin with baking paper.
Step 2
Place all ingredients, except shredded coconut and 1 tbs chopped almonds, in a food processor. Combine until all ingredients are holding together and mixture resembles a rough sticky dough.
Step 3
Press mixture firmly into prepared tin. Gently press remaining coconut and almonds into the surface and freeze for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Cut slice into 16 small bars. Store in the fridge or freezer.
