My first ever smoker recipe! Figured I couldn't go wrong with some chicken wings and these were so easy to make. I used my new Z Grill Smoker to get perfectly tender, juicy and crispy chicken wings in just 1 hour!

Step 1
Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Step 2
Season the wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and chili powder.

Step 3
Preheat your smoker to 250°F and add your preferred wood pellet for smoking. Place the wings directly on the grill grates, close the lid, and smoke for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Increase the temperature of the smoker to high (mine goes to 450°F) and continue cooking the wings for another 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 175°F. Rotate or flip the wings as necessary for even cooking.
Step 5
Remove wings, sauce them (optional), let them cool and enjoy!
