Coffee cake cookie- cookie butter
This cookie butter can be made with most any cookies, but better with dryer cookies like shortbread or sugar cookies. To be honest I mixed the condensed milk and evaporated milk together with softened butter and whipped it for about 10 minutes. I did this before I read to heat the milks. The heating will take away grainy texture.

Instructions
Step 1
Grind cookies into fine crumbs
Step 2
Melt butter and add condensed milk and evaporated milk, stir till all melted
Step 3
Starting with 1/2 cup liquid, stir into crumbs and mix together with a spoon. Keep adding liquid( I used a mixer to make creamier.
Step 4
Chill in refrigerator before using, if too firm you stir in a tablespoon of water and stir till creamy.
