Cinnamon scrolls made with a no yeast 2 ingredient dough

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 2
In a bowl, sift flour

Add yoghurt and stir until a dough forms (if mixture is too dry add extra yoghurt, 1 tbsp at a time or if mixture is too wet add extra flour, 1 tbsp at a time).
Step 4
Place dough on a floured surface and knead until smooth.
Step 5
Roll out to a thin rectangular shape (approx 30cm x 20cm) and 1cm thick.
Step 6
Combine filling ingredients in a small bowl until a smooth paste forms.
Step 7
Spread evenly over the dough.
Step 8
Starting from the long end, roll the dough up tightly.
Step 9
Cut into 8 - 10 scrolls using a sharp knife

Arrange buns on a tray lined with baking paper.
Step 11
Bake for 20 mins or until golden.
Step 12
Stir glaze ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Note: cream cheese can be substituted for Greek yogurt if preferred.
Step 13
Spread over the top of the scrolls and serve warm.
