1 cuppumpkin purée
1egg
½ cupbrown sugar
¼ cupsugar
¼ cupvegetable oil
¼ cuplite sour cream
2 tspvanilla extract
1 Tbsppumpkin spice
1 cupflour
1 tspbaking powder
For the Filling
Instructions
Step 1
Add pumpkin purée, egg, brown sugar, sugar, vegetable oil, sour cream, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice to a mixing bowl. Mix until it looks like baby food.
Step 2
Then, add flour and baking soda.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, add cream cheese, egg, sugar, and flour.
Step 4
Spray your bread pan with nonstick oil and then layer in your batter. First with the pumpkin and then with your cream cheese filling and then with the pumpkin batter again.
Step 5
Top with a little bit more cream cheese filling and swirl with a toothpick.
Step 6
Bake at 350 degree F for 45 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
