Cream cheese Pumpkin bread It’s pumpkin season and my favorite time of the year. I made this delicious and moist cream cheese pumpkin bread today and it’s absolutely delicious. It’s a must try! Written recipe and measurements are on the link in my bio!! Enjoy!!

Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 350°

2. First In a mixing bowl mix together the pumpkin purée, eggs and oil

3. Next add the sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin spice powder, baking soda and baking powder and give it a good mix

4. Then add in the flour, mix it really well and set it aside while you make the cream cheese filling
Step 5
5. For the cream cheese filling mix together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract
Step 6
6. Spray your loaf pan with cooking spray then add half of the pumpkin batter on the bottom of the loaf pan, then spread half of the cream cheese mixture on top of the pumpkin batter, carefully spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the batter.

7. Next Carefully pour the remaining pumpkin batter over on top of the cream cheese mixture and spread it out evenly, then the rest of the cream cheese mixture goes on top, again spread it carefully with a spatula

8. sprinkle some pumpkin seeds on top

9. Then into the oven it goes at 350° for about 60 to 65 minutes until the toothpick comes out clean.

10. Let it cool down, slice And that’s it you’ll have a delicious and moist Cream cheese pumpkin bread.
