Step 1
Preheat oven for 350 degrees.
Step 2
Mix together first 6 ingredients.
Step 3
Mix the rest of the ingredients (brown sugar, chopped pecans, flour, melted butter) and sprinkle on top.
Step 4
Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 for 1/2 hr.
