Instructions
Step 1
Clean and core cauliflower. Add ingredients through salt to pressure cooker. Pressure cook on high for 6 minutes.
Step 2
Natural release for five minutes.
Step 3
Strain stock, remove bat leaf, return cauliflower to Insta pot
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients and mix with handmixer or immersion blender, mix until smooth and creamy. Let sit off heat for 30 minutes before serving.
Step 5
Garnish with extra herbs and butter before serving
