Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190C fan
Step 2
Clean the potato and cut it into wedges.
Step 3
Transfer to the cooking pot and add water (just enough to cover) and salt.
Step 4
Bring it to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5
When ready, drain and runs with cold water. Then pat dry.
Step 6
Transfer half-cooked potatoes to the large bowl and add all remaining ingredients. Toss well and transfer to the baking tray, lined with parchment. Arrange potatoes in a single layer with plenty of space in between.
Step 7
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Step 8
Sprinkle with more parmesan cheese before serving.
