Instructions
Step 1
1. Remove membranes from back of ribs (if needed).
2. Rub dry rub all over ribs.
3. Place ribs on top of wire trivet with meat side facing out in instant pot.
4. Add liquids to instant pot.
5. Pressure cook for 25 minutes.
6. Allow a natural release for 15 minutes.
7. Remove ribs from IP, put on a baking sheet, and slather with BBQ sauce.
8. Broil for about 5 minutes to caramelize the BBQ sauce.
