Instructions

Step 1
Mix the cookie crumbles with the microwaved butter. Press into a crust at the bottom of a square cake mold.
Step 2
Microwave raspberries for 90 seconds.
Step 3
Whip the cream in a bowl until formation of firm spikes.
Step 4
In another bowl, whip cream cheese and sugar then slowly add the raspberries with the juice from the microwave. Slowly fold in the whipped cream.
Step 5
Spread the mix on the crust and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
